Lake Cave or Ngilgi Cave
Among other places, there are more than 100 unique caves, some of those occupying 12 floors. The Margaret River region contains four caves that are open to visitors and you can also join semi-guided excursions for deeper exploration. You won’t have a chance to miss this cave visit. The lake cave at Boranup Forest is beautiful and is open to most visitors, but it will take around 300 steps to get back up. The stalactites, stalactites straws in the cave are incredible.
Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse
Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse is located on the southern edge of the Margaret River region where the Indian Ocean meets the Southern Ocean. The lighthouse tour of the lighthouse takes place every half hour and is jammed with fascinating facts and information about its construction, keepers of the several wrecks that preceded the construction of the lighthouse and the maintenance.

Hamelin Bay has several unique people – stingrays and stinging bugs whose fever often comes directly to the shore. Usually, it is found at the boating ramps off the coast, where fishermen feed them with their scraps. During the summer months, the stingrays can be easily detected at Hamelin Bay. It’s equally important to be respectful as stingrays are wild – never attempt to touch them — they are no pets.

Injidup Natural Spa
Natural rock pools have occurred in Yallingup and are hidden gems in the Margaret Rivers region. Bring your swimsuit and sunscreen – the weather is hot there. The park is accessible with a car – take the trail left of the parking lot then go to sea level. Turn right until you reach a fork and you will be in the rocks pool. You have to walk down to the end and use the proper shoes.
Boranup Karri Forest
Boranup karri forest sits in the vicinity of Cave Road to the coast and contains paler-barked karri forests. The Kari Tree is one of the tallest trees in all of Europe, reaching almost 93 metres tall. There is no entrance fee and there are a couple of small parks on the other side, so take advantage of these amazing woodlands during your tour.
Busselton Jetty
What are the reasons behind the list of jetties? The main reason for this was Busselton Jetty, the longest wooden jetty at 1.2 kilometres long! Walking the whole route is about 20 minutes. The small trains take you through and across the jetty as well as a diving observatory. Our nephew and niece love visiting this Margaret River attraction!
Canal Rocks
Canal rocks have an ecological feature along the Margaret River coast. A natural narrow channel has been created following centuries of erosion from ocean tides. The path is easily accessible by walking in the wood. Canal Rocks is part of the Cape to Cape tracks, or go straight toward Wyadup Cliffs for a leisure 2-kilometre scenic walk.
